What if I want to order a ring but with different gemstones or a different metal? Can I customize a piece of jewelry?

What if I want to start a unique custom piece?

 

   Email us to set up an appointment.

How do I know my size?

 

   You can visit us at 423 1st Street in Eureka to be sized. If you live out of the area, you can visit

   your local jeweler. If you don't have a local jeweler, email us, and we'd be happy to send you

   ring sizer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

   Depending on what's in stock, it will take 1-3 weeks to receive your piece. We will send you an    email as soon as your order is placed. Feel free to email us about what we have in stock before    making your purchase. This excludes custom orders, which vary, and which we communicate

   with you about during throughout the process.

How long will shipping take?

   We ship everything USPS first class with insurance. Expect 3-7 days for delivery depending on

   your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information from us as

   soon as you item has shipped.

 

Do you ship internationally?

   Yes. Email us for rates.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

   If you've ordered the wrong size, first email or call us, and then simply send the ring back to us    to have it sized. We do one free sizing on each piece of jewelry purchased from us.

What is your return policy?

   We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Within 10 days of receiving your

   piece, email us if you are unsatisfied in any way. We will be happy to accept returns or    

   exchanges on unused and unworn jewelry.

Does my order include a warranty?

   We take responsibility for any defects or unacceptable breaking/repairs. Our warranty doesn't      cover general wear and tear or lost or stolen items. Bring your piece into our store for a free

   inspection and cleaning anytime.
